All lock

I would like an easy way to lock the timings of a bunch of signals. Sometimes its simply lock everything (all plans all intersections) and then its my job to unlock what im working on. Or with my current job as I am coordinating a bunch of arterials I want to lock signals by arterial, while I work on the cross street . What do you think?

That's a lovely idea. Thank you. I'll try to think of a way that the user has a chance of figuring out where to look and how to do that. If you've got any suggestions there, they'd be most welcome.

When you say the timings, you're including offset, phase sequences, and splits (all three), correct?
