Phase and Movement Parameters

I have one dgm file with multiple timing plans and each timing plan has different pedestrian walk and clearance times. The clearance times listed in the Phase and Movement Parameters dialog box are black, implying they are time plan independent. Indeed, if I change the ped times associated with, for instance, a SB through movement in the AM plan, the values are automatically applied to the corresponding SB though movement for the PM plan. How can I enter Walk and FDW times that are applicable to only a specific timing plan.

You may have already seen the related discussion at http://www.tsppd.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=271. Probably the best solution is to put the different timing plans, the ones with different walk and clearance times, in separate .Dgm files and use the CopyFromDgmFile utility to maintain the timing plan independent parameters in common between the files.
