A situation happened earlier this month where we wanted to tie an existing system into one we were updating. One systems offset had to be modified by 79 seconds. It would be nice if there was a way to change the offsets globally by a particular amount. Maybe in the optimize window there could be an option to optimize by a particular number of seconds.
